Welcome to HMI Estates. We are an online service, offering for lease the widest possible range of virtual land products currently available inside a vibrant and established online 3D environment. Our cluster of private islands on the Secondlife® grid comprises over a million square meters across HMI, Earthstar and Heart of Shadows Estates.

Our private islands form the base for your 3D creation, build a fully themed city, a single retail store from which to sell your goods, a dream virtual home or a 65,000 sq.m entertainment complex. The possibilities are endless. We cater for heavy, moderate or light users and lease land which is suitable for
commercial, recreational or residential use.

Estate Manager tools and permissions are included when you lease a normal 65,536 sq.m full prim region or Homestead sim from us. Region/Estate tools offer you the ultimate virtual land experience - perfect freedom and controllable performance. Smaller subdivided land parcels located on shared sims are also available. Our shared sims are professionally managed by our experienced estate staff. All of our land simulators (sims) are hosted on the fastest and most up-to-date  Linden Lab® Class 5 data servers.

Homestead sim* 65536 sq.m private island with 3750 prims - 20 avatar limit. 360˚protected ocean views.

Full permissions deed to group, terraform etc. Includes use of Estate Manager tools for ground textures, restarts and script time debug, physics, region ratings and privacy control.

We offer custom size parcels or you may choose a standard 4096 - 65536 Sq.m plot on one of our residential or commercial full prim regions. Full prim sims have access to 15000 prims and allow up to 100 visitors. We also offer Homestead sims and Openspace sims which are entire regions measuring 65,536 Sq.m. Homestead sims have a prim allowance of 3750 prims and a limit of 20 visitors at any one time. Openspace sims (which are available for light use only) have a limit of 750 prims and 10 visitors.

Certain guidelines (Covenants) are applicable to our estates and our expectations of our residents. The Covenants are designed to enhance your enjoyment and protect your investment. It is essential that you read and understand the Covenant which applies to the region on which you may be wanting to lease land.

We are "in-world" everyday and place a high emphasis on the careful maintenance of our regions server resources. From our customers we welcome feedback which relates to our service, facilities and infrastructure, and from prospective customers we welcome enquiries with details of their own particular requirements and how their expectations may impact a regions performance.

Our 65.536 sq.m region customers have the option of uploaded .RAW terrain files and custom ground textures of their own preference. We have a collection of ready made terrains which are available - please ask us if you interested in a change of landscape. Of course you may also choose to terraform the entire sim by hand using the in- world Edit Terrain tool which are included with the viewer. We can also upload .RAW files which you have bought from third party terrain designers.

We can arrange flexible payment options - advanced land reservations and customised landscapes.
