Homestead sim rental includes Region/Estate Manager tools which extends your control over the entire region.... Estate Manager tools includes region time of day control, region message (blue notes) sim restarts, script time debug, ground texture, full terraform, choice of rating, choice of damage and push physics, region access / privacy and multiple media streams via parcel subdivisions.
Full prim private island sims have access to 15000 prims and allow up to 100 visitors. We also offer Homestead sims and Openspace sims which are entire regions measuring 65,536 Sq.m. Homestead sims have a prim allowance of 3750 prims and a limit of 20 visitors at any one time. Openspace sims (which are for light use only) have a limit of 750 prims and 10 visitors. Certain guidelines (Covenants) are applicable to our shared regions and our expectations of our residents. Our Covenants are designed to enhance your enjoyment and protect your investment. It is essential that you read and understand the Covenant which applies to the region you may be wanting to lease. We are "in-world" everyday and place a high emphasis on the careful maintenance of our regions server resources and their optimal performance. We welcome any suggestions on ways in which we can improve the facilities and infrastructure of our virtual land. Full Prim and Homestead sim tenants have the option of allowing us to upload .RAW terrain files and custom ground textures. A collection of terrain designs are available. You may also choose to creatively terraform the entire sim by hand using the in- world Edit Terrain tools. We are more than happy to help with your own requirements and to offer asistance if required with practical guidance and advice.
